Apple CEO Steve Jobs recently stated that Apple Mac OS X Lion's Launchpad would make it easier than ever to find and launch any app and was the result of combining key features from the iPad with key features from Mac OS X.
If you are interested in checking out this feature on your Windows 7, you can download Mac OSX Lion's Launchpad for Windows 7 and Vista.
Once you have downloaded it, you will have to run the setup.exe file. It worked fine with me when I ran it as Admin. The download also includes 191 cool Flurry icons.
You can change the icons by hovering them with the mouse and then selecting the path of the program and an icon for it. You can also choose between maximized and normal mode, and maximized by default mode.
The app also allows you to lock your computer with password by clicking the “Home” button at the bottom.
