- Open the screenshot with Photos App
- Use Microsoft Print to PDF option

1] Open the screenshot with Photos App
Go to the location where the screenshot or the image you would like to convert into a PDF is saved.
Once there, right-click the image and choose 'Open with > Photos' option.
2] Use Microsoft Print to PDF option
When the app opens, choose 'Print' icon, just adjacent to the 'See More' options.
Next, when the 'Print' dialog appears, hit the 'Printer' drop-down arrow and select 'Microsoft Print to PDF' (Microsoft Print to PDF is the virtual built-in default PDF printer by Microsoft. It readily converts any standard document into PDF Format for Free).
Choose either Landscape or Portrait mode and hit the 'Print' button.
The action, when confirmed, will save the screenshot as a new PDF file in your default folder.
A pop-up notification will instantly appear in the bottom right corner of your screen, confirming the screenshot is saved as PDF.
Thus, using these simple steps, you can change the format of a screenshot into PDF.
